Yes, I get what you were saying and you offered some great advice (which advise on how to get rid of it is what the poster asked for)! It is totally different when the crease has been created by you but for it to come directly from the store like that is not acceptable. I’m typically not one to go over my bags with a magnifying glass and miss most of the things that people find lol. However, this one is too in my face and it seems like it would quickly end up like those poor cfs where the structure is completely gone and is saggy! A structurally bad cf is a huge no no for me be it $1500 or $15000Super true... mine was totally fine when I first got it, FWIW.
I wouldn't have been too happy had it been creased upon delivery, but it only got creased 6 months later out of my own negligence.
OP, @33ng, you shouldn't *have* to settle for a $8,800 handbag that you aren't 8,800% happy with!
(I was just trying to give tips in case you were fine with figuring out a way to lessen the crease.)
