VIP doesn’t have to throw a temper tantrum (not saying some *not all* dont). You get first purchase rights if you spend more money; that’s the incentive lots of companies (not just designer) offer.
If I want to upgrade to first class 30 mins before a flight departs, no matter who is on the list and how long they’ve been there my flight status would automatically give me the seat.

Goodness all this heart bag drama! My heart breaks (no pun intended) for those who cannot get it or where snubbed. I agree with a PP that it is likely inadequate stock. Maybe white or light pink colors may be available? I think black maybe the most popular color.
My SA reached out to me what color I wanted and I declined. I am not saying that I was guaranteed a bag. I told her I wanted the white color to her. As I had mentioned earlier I liked the bags initially but when I saw a live video of a model/actress walking around with it, I quickly disliked them. The weird flap and thin straps were a huge deal breaker for me.
Please also know that if it is this popular, have patience, Chanel will release it again! We already saw a few small versions on the fall/winter fashion show yesterday. Just like they released caramel color for which people went crazy, heart bags will continue to be released in different variations. Sit tight and pls don’t pay premiums to resellers!

When asked, I turned down the heart bag. In my opinion it’s useless to me if it doesn’t fit my phone.
My SA has been really good at finding pretty much anything I want. Only thing I can’t seem to get is a 22p red SLG.
I would never throw a tantrum or fit if I can’t get something. In the end, it’s just a bag. They’re nice to have and enjoy but there’s more to life than missing out on a handbag.
