Since I got bumped on my pink heart bag that I was #1 on the list since October until the other day. Anyone know who’s getting this bag. I’m really pissed at Chanel Store/SA I’ve been dealing with for years, so I’m looking to take my business someplace else. I know it may not be their direct fault, but they handled it sooo badly. Any info on this tote would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The light blue is soooo pretty!

When asked, I turned down the heart bag. In my opinion it’s useless to me if it doesn’t fit my phone.

My SA has been really good at finding pretty much anything I want. Only thing I can’t seem to get is a 22p red SLG.

I would never throw a tantrum or fit if I can’t get something. In the end, it’s just a bag. They’re nice to have and enjoy but there’s more to life than missing out on a handbag.

Agreed. SO much more to life especially a bag that seemingly people will just be a collecting dust piece. Majority of us wouldn’t throw a tantrum. Sadly that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Entitlement exists vip or not.

Contacted my SA the other day about reserving the heart bag. She told me the reserve list is closed and has been filled for the past 6 months. I called support and they told me to contact my SA again when the launch date is closer to see if I can get one. So frustrated. If anyone has an SA in the Bay Area that can help, let me know.

I’m in San Francisco. Both Stand alone boutique and NM Chanel here said everything is based on first come first serve. Though, I still think SA might get reserve for some client, it may be a good op to go there on Thursday 10th to check (that’s what my SA at NM told to go early on Thursday). I have zero interest in the heart bag, so I didn’t ask her.

those are my home stores too. And what they said is a lie. LOL. Maybe first come for bags not reserved. Definitely not all stock will be available and to the general public. Both stores still take names for popular items and don’t let it hit the floor. My SA always has boxes of product waiting for her clients on launch day near the register, unopened. I think they are just telling people to come on launch day to give them hope.
