No I was told by SA that Chanel is supposedly enforcing this policy. I must be an existing customer at that particular location where I made my reserve for the item I want to purchase. If I’m not an existing client I am not eligible to reserve thru that location regardless of my chanel profile or the fact I didn’t exceed purchase limit for the month

Not at all! I wear my Bottega Padded Cassette all year long. It's purple and super puffy, even puffier than 19. Light blue it great for summer in general and for so black I can see an outfit with denim jacket, demin shorts, plain white t-shirt, black sandals, and your new so black 19

I'm also getting white! It's not going to be my everyday bag & I like the idea of a "pure" angelic snow white heart

I tried this method as well but it’s a no go. I can’t purchase what I reserved

I tried this method and I have my classic flap within 1 month. And before that my SA offered me other options also like coco handle medium, chanel boy and Melody bag. I rejected these offers and finally got my first classic flap. Wish you good luck !!

Same here! I paid a deposit as well and now being told I can’t purchase and I am still waiting for the SA to issue my deposit refund!

Didn't know that there is a deposit system? I only knows dior needs customer to pay full price to order a oos bag like lady dior but not Chanel.
