I wear my 19s all year round, they're an extremely versatile style, and a terrific everyday bag. I personally would steer away from very wintry tweeds and shearling 19s in the warmer months, but otherwise I wouldn't think twice about wearing it in the summer. The 19 is made in seasonal colors (every season), so you can always go for a lighter color for summer, but I'd consider most neutrals 4-season, FWIW, I wear my black and other dark ones in warmer weather. I think of the 19s as having larger and more relaxed quilts, which is what gives it the more casual vibe - FWIW I don't think the quilts are as puffy as say the YSL puffers which look more hefty (don't own one). Hope this helps!
Here's the 19 thread if you have more questions or want to see the chatter around 19s.
Ok, so I got offered this AMAZING tweed 19. Sold-out all over Europe. But, I really want a red leather one! What do you guys think!
