I’m based in Melb.. I really want the brown mini rect but I refuse to get extorted by PS/resellers. Do you know how many your stores are going to get??

I just spoke with Chanel H/O and they said that the brown mini rect still hasn’t arrived in Aus - so I’m guessing that Melb. seller we previously spoke about used someone else’s photo??

I’ve asked my SA for numbers but she didn’t know that information. It seems that no one has any certain info on the collection at all...

Has anyone purchased from chl_couture? I noticed she posted pics yesterday that were the exact same photos that my SA sent me around the same time. I don’t know if she’s using the same SA as me or if the store shares the photos across all the SAs. But it’s the same hand in the photo that I have.

I have. They are legit and very professional sellers. But yeah all the PS's seem to get some of my SA's pics, so you can tell who they are working with. Ummhmmm.

If I can’t get the exact color bag I want I’m just going to Hermès too. The refusal to have online shopping during a pandemic, the deception of claiming bags are completely sold out or are on a waitlist yet personal shoppers are having no issues obtaining them, misinformation depending on who you speak too, it’s all too ridiculous. These bags have already increased in price significantly. Now they want to make the experience of getting one painful? No thanks.

A personal shopper - or better yet a RESELLER is selling a caramel mini flap for 5,300USD! UGH! I hate these resellers so much! I wish Chanel will be more strict when it comes to quantities sold per item just like Hermes.
