Chanel Small Deauville Tote

Did you register that bag with Chanel & Moi? I’d go read the five year warranty and see if it’s covered. Assuming (I didn’t read the other posts) you bought it from the boutique.
I didn’t register my bag with Chanel & Moi. When I bought it my SA didn’t mention that. I did ask my SA about 5 years warranty, but she said Chanel always change their policy, so she wasn’t sure.

I’d still try to register it especially since the five years aren’t up. Just go to Chanel & moi and input your serial number, email, name and other things. Did you keep your receipt?

I’ve personally not had to use the Chanel & Moi but I did register bags late and was allowed to,

I have a stain on my Large Deauville (thanks to my DH, trying to quickly put my Deauville inside a luggage bag while traveling, as we were running late to a NFL game :frown:).

Both Leather Surgeons and Rago said they cannot remove or recolor the stain.

I had the bag sent to Chanel a couple months ago, but they sent it back stating they cannot do anything :crybaby:.

If you know of someone who may be able to remove this stain or recolor the stain part, please let me know.

Thank you in advance .

I was at the boutique yesterday and came across these beautiful small Deauvilles totes in Camel. They are the Small/Small and the Small/Medium. I took these pictures for comparison purposes.

When I bought my S/S, I did not know about the S/M. For some time I thought the S/M was probably a better idea. Now that I saw both of them together, I think I like the S/S more because the logo is smaller and it’s more of a compact delicate tote.

I saw these sizes at a store in DC last month and I couldn’t pull the trigger at the time. But I can’t stop thinking about it. I am debating if I should off load a few bags to buy a black small. Thinking about selling a ysl sdj and Chanel 19 small black.

Absolutely love this bag. No problems and great color combo for any season. Does get heavy when full- as with most totes.
Thanks for sharing! I had a mixed fibre deauville before but i noticed it would rub off / fade in some areas. This bag is tweed material? What do you do for maintenance?
