Chanel Shopping in San Francisco

Hello, first time poster, I’m also interested in the SA info for the SF location if possible, thank you!!
Anyone know when the Chanel sale at the SF standalone boutique started (or if it hasn't started, when will it be)? The SA I've worked with in the past (who has proven to be horrible at communication), when asked about it is, the reply was he didn't know when the *next* one was.
The US sale happened at the end of November/early December. Stock was really limited for RTW because I believe the house scaled back production. I believe any sale posts you see on this forum in the coming days are based in other regions (Europe and maybe Asia). The next sale should be in May

My SF Chanel boutique shopping experience a few years ago was mediocre at best. I purchased a medium boy versus a classic flap. My SA was ok but she didn’t seem to understand that I needed a few minutes to decide which one to go with, given this was my first Chanel bag. Also, there were no other customers in the store, so not sure why she was acting impatient. Previously, all my Chanel purchases were through NM in Walnut Creek with great service, so I found this odd at the actual boutique.
The following year I went to South Coast and the SA there was not any better. I gave that boutique one more try with a different SA and ended up with an Urban Companion bag. That SA left shortly after.
I now have an out of state SA who I was referred to at Neimans. She actually will find me what I need and get it to me. Any other purchases will come through her or travels. Even though I live in CA, customer service does not exist here at Chanel. However, I just got back from NYC and all the SA’s at any boutique are more than happy to help.
Bottom line: spend your money only where your experience is worthy of the sale.

Update on the Chanel inside of Nordstrom at the Valley Fair Mall in San Jose:
I went there today, and unfortunately the last estimate of late November has been now bumped up until March 2022. It is coming, but taking its sweet time

I, too have stopped making trips to SF because of past ordeals on the streets in that area. I used to BART/Uber in as well. Otherwise it is convenient to check out the boutique and then NM Chanel.
VF is a further drive for me but I don’t mind driving there for special occasions (like picking up a new Chanel bag!

Btw I texted my SA in Chanel NM palo alto and didnt get any responses. They must be overwhelmed with the launch I guess
I walked in today at NM Palo Alto and got lucky, I was able to get a classic medium flap in beige. They got new shipment today according to my SA and it was crazy, one blink , classics are all gone and I was there around 11:30am. the price for classic medium flap in caviar today $8800.
I love NM Palo Alto and SF. SA are friendly.
