Hi ladies

Anyone knows how long is Chanel exchange policy in Jakarta (Indonesia) or KL (Malaysia) boutique?

Sis-in-law bought me the wrong Shiva size from Paris, receipt is available but today will be the 14th day because she just returned from her 2-week long Europe trip

Went to Spore boutique yday but they dont carry large Shiva (maxi-size), only 2 other smaller sizes so they dont accept exchange at all

Thinking of driving down to KL to exchange as today is last day

Any information is greatly appreciated

this is a picture scanned from most recent NM book of the dark gold python shiva. As excited as I have been, now I am starting to wonder how well this bag will hold its shape with real things in it.......
your opinions are valued;)
wil it sag in shape? lining is fabric, I think if its like all others?

My understanding is exchanging is not worth it as they will convert back to local rates

Finally it's here in my boutique. I wander in today just to check them out. The one in white caught my eyes immediately. So funny coz I was always curious about the burgundy one all the time before. I don't know. Maybe the SA put a spell on me when she told me this is the only one that they order. I don't know if it's the medium or small, but the size is comparable to jumbo. Love it with vintage gold. This is definitely a casual bag. The leather look a little bit plastic to me though. I think it's the glazing technic that put the effect on.

How much was yours if you don't mind me asking? Mine was $3800 and the medium is $3300 if that helps

I didn't get it in the US though and the price here is so marked up. It's THB118,900.- but I'm sure it's not the largest one coz there's also a bigger one at the boutique and I didn't get it coz it's too big on me.

I cannot wait to see reviews from two fo you, I am about to pay for the shiva. But i just cannot decide yet..... :smile1:

You have to try it on to see if you like it or not. Really. I wasn't mad about it, but the white one caught my eyes when I walked in and after browsing around, it's so tempting I had to ask to try it on. It's very light. It barely stay on my shoulder with both double or single strap. My shoulders are super sloped. I almost skip it, but the SA said I should put my stuff in it to see coz once it has something inside, it'll hang better. So true! It stayed on and I paid right then.

Of course, I miss the back pocket, but the space between the flap and zippered compartment makes up for that.

My only wish is to be able to wear it cross body. I guess losing weight is my only way to go ;) I'm 5'4" and a size 10 now. I wear it as a sling on one shoulder just fine. :)

Not much review on the leather though. Only the idea that the glaze makes it so shiny almost plasticky to my eyes. But when you touch it, it's still leather after all. Just not as luxurious as classics and reissues though.

I just did a reveal of the bag. The leather is more durable everyday-I think it will wear well. I got the large and think its to big to be worn cross body but I just plan on wearing it on my shoulder. I'm 5'8-5'9 so I think I can pull it off and look ok.

I tried it on at the boutique and really loved it. I was more brought into the beige than the burgundy. They had like at least 4 or 5 colours in stock. I cannot wear it cross body either. I'm 5'9 I think the chain has to be a bit longer to hand cross body unless you like it hang up high ( iv see people doing it tho :p) the leather makes it durable tho do you agree? I thought it could be a nice change and a more everyday bag than reissues.
