Two fun act one pieces :smile:View attachment 3784982

Ruffles  its navy and black coat. Very long. Liked but itchy for me. Also, 5600. Haha. Too much  it runs small so this was a 42.

The peacoat was long and heavy. It's a dark navy. But nice . Shoulders are generous and this was a 40.

Might have gotten the pics mixed up ... so tiny on this iPhone screen.

I tried to get another tank top and my SA transferred two in. Both had the defect in the fabric and it cannot be ironed or steamed out. So no tank for me. I tried. Sigh

But I did see this lovely cashmere sweater I tried before. It goes w so many things I own. I must think about it :smile:View attachment 3784989
I saw the pea coat yesterday and agree that it looked very heavy. Saw the black as well. Controlled myself and didn't try on either haha!

Loving the sweater!

The cashmere camel sweater would go with so much. Love Chanel cashmere.
With regards to the logo clothing, I wasn't eager to purchase any until I bought the black logo t. Yes, it's pricey but oh my...it's so comfy and feels wonderful on. I can also wear a blouse underneath so I like that. I'm not a huge logo person and wouldn't want some pieces logo laden, however, there are a few of the items that I feel the logo is special to that particular piece.

Agree
I think the Gabrielle logo is the signature feature of Act 1- like Velcro was to the Spring Data Center
And its easy to sit out this pre Fall if one dislikes the logo. I succumbed to a few fun items -
The Logo Ts have sold very very well I'm told - they are silk knit.

The tees are like perfume and shoes. It is a way to have something of the brand at a lesser price point. I saw one in black with white print being tried on and it looked better than I expected

The sweater is lovely and will last the test of time, I'm sure.

Got my robot skirt back from alterations, fits nicely! The lace dress also came out beautifully (no pic).

I also tried the black dress but this is the v-neck version. Still very tempted... first pic is without shortening the length, second is with it tucked/shortened. I think the v-neck looks better on me but also looks more formal. I also promised myself to be good so it did not walk out with me... [emoji13]

And this is what I walked in wearing, my 16C skirt with j crew blouse and Hugo boss cardigan

Love the Robot skirt on you. I tried the cashmere dress in round neck but the cut is not right for me. It is hard to tell from the photo but the top fit is loose, the waist is at the wrong level and it is just too long. I needed to be taller and have broader shoulder. This was my usual 36. Perhaps sizing down might work (this was transferred from another boutique for me to try) but I will just take a chance of it making sales, if fated.

Thanks ladies. It is soft and the color is perfect. I love it but I have to think about it. I've been bad.

If it's the same material as the tanks then the logo tees would be quite comfortable. Hopefully the fabric is more durable.

I was told these are the Milky Way boots. Happy Friday to all :)

I agree the waist seems to be sitting at the wrong level. I think going down a size might help - when I went down a size it seemed to overall fit better. Looking at it on you, I'm thinking I like the round neck more!

I was asking my SA about this sweater bc I hadn't seen it recently. He said chanel recalled it !!? My other SA said it was bc van cleef complained it looked like their design. [emoji33]

Now i wish I had gotten it ! Haha. Ari has a limited edition piece it seems !!
I tried this sweater on last week and very much liked how it looked, especially with the V in the back, but I purchased a couple other things so this had to wait. It was a little scratchy, especially compared to the other items I purchased. The V doesn't dip so far that my bra strap shows (which is very important for us larger busted women!). It's too bad that they recalled it. :( I'm stopping by my Nordstrom Chanel tonight, I'm going to ask about it.
