I went to Neiman Marcus in Newport Beach today and if anyone is looking for the Metiers slim fit denim jacket, I saw it in 36. Got to try on these cute pullovers too.
The black and white cashmere was a little big which I prefer but the sleeves were long. It reminds me of the patterned sweaters I used to wear back in the late 80s so I’m not sure if that’s a good thing, but i still thought it was pretty. I loved the details of the blue sweatshirt and it was so comfortable and soft on the inside. The cutouts and embroidery on the chest and sleeves were very cute and even the metal toggles on the string were engraved. Between the two, the blue cotton was MUCH softer than the b/w cashmere so that’s the one that came home.

I tried on the cashmere. I really liked it but it's hard to justify in South Florida. The cashmere was not really thick. The sweatshirt is cute.
I’m getting this, its 85 cm long, but being cashmere I guess I’ll wear it with tights .Looks like it could be it. Sigh. It’s also short and I think I like the runway version better. Well neither looks like will work without tights of some sort. Thanks A
It has lining.
And it comes in black and I suppose not as heavy as the winter one.

Ugh. Why do I put myself through this. Found a belt at Saks. They don't have my size. But they can take a deposit since they are supposed to get it but have no idea when. Ok. Find. So I contact my Chanel SA. Yes, we have it. Sent link. No link. Sent again. No link. No link in spam. Hear nothing for two days. I text again. Can't I just call you with card number? No, because we don't have it in store. Will try again. Lo and behold, got it this time. WHY does it have to be this hard to BUY something?
Just sharing a couple of things I tried but haven’t brought home. Has to be absolutely love before I add it now.

Does anyone have real photos of this jacket? Would any of you consider this a cropped jacket? Seems like VV loves her cropped jackets... The buttons appear to be iridescent. The lilac is so pretty , at times the way it was photographed...it looks blue too. Looks like mohair. 
...just that, this Chanel hamburg jacket looks like similar fabric. The buttons on the hamburg jacket are marvelous.
