Hello everyone and thank you so much for your kind compliments on my white jacket! It's wonderful to look at all the upcoming fall pieces but I need to remind myself that we are in summer and I need to appreciate and wear my beautiful spring things. Today at the office I am wearing the navy pants with the yellow ribbon detail and the pink/navy silk blouse from spring- will post a pic when I get a chance. We did some big alterations on the blouse too- my wonderful seamstress is always up for the challenge of what I give her.
m_ichele, I shop at NM. I am fortunate that my shopping mall has both a full C boutique as well as a NM with an excellent selection.
I prefer the NM for a a variety of reasons and one of them is the wonderfully talented seamstress they have. She understands my preferences (she of the chicken cutlet fame) and basically we look at each garment and make it perfect. Heck, at these prices I take full advantage of this! It is just amazing how much difference proper fit can make- and they bend over backwards for me at every turn.
