Hi everyone - just wanting to get input... do you think the white or pink is more suited for summer / warm cities?

my wardrobe is neutral (beige, white grey and some black) and though my eyes are attracted to the white-
Something tells me I’ll fall in love with the pink jacket ( I’m overall not a pink person but like it in small doses)

my dear SA has said the pink is really lovely in person amd I can’t wait to try it on on a few hours

Thankyou

usually I prefer white, but the pink looks just so lovely and fresh and would still work with most of the colors that you tend to wear.

It seems like pink is the new black or white these days. I'd try on both and see what complements your skin tone, aesthetics, comfort level etc.

This is a little off topic, but have you guys been hearing that Chanel is shifting their strategy and becoming more like Hermes? Meaning, you buy rtw and other non-handbag categories and then a coveted bag is offered? It sounds like they're cloaking it as a strategy to dissuade resellers from coming in and buying up highly sought after bags. The thing is I enjoy their rtw way more than their bags, so if this is true, then it makes no difference to me other than feeling like I’ve been inducted into some secret society!

White is fresh and can be styled easily in my opinion but I love ❤️ love pink.
If you like the cut of the jacket, try on both.
I have white jacket from different season and love it. One thing that I always think is what bag I would style it with?
with white jacket you can use any color bag.. this pink is bourgeois. I only passed because of shoulders ...

Great Point- It was something I was considering- I have a lot of simple bags in grey, nata, black and gold. I suppose the gold would look nice with pink, but maybe that's it. The white on the other point is easier to style but I know one thing about RTW, in person the look is completely different. thankyou all for your input!

It's so funny you mention- I was hunting for the small vanity with small pearl on top- I told my SA I'd like to check out RTW, and a month ago, I didn't hear anything but now, she's telling me she can magically locate one after I'm done shopping. :) I'm quite sure they are moving towards the Hermes business model, spend enough in jewelry and RTW and voila, they can locate a specific bag for you...

Interesting ! Had not heard ... but same. I’m not a huge fan of the bags. They are nice but the draw for me is the rtw. I don’t know how sustainable that business model would be.

Pink for that jacket all the way! :)

Buy the color talks to your heart ❤️. I think it’s pink ..

Every woman needs a pink jacket. That is all.

I fell of my chair at the boutique when I saw this comment - very Meryl Streep from Devil Wears Prada.

Thankyou @pigleto972001 @ClassicTwist @Klaneckya @jennyy @TankerToad @marzipanchen and everyone else with input...

I went to the boutique and though my heart initially was on the white jacket, it is very, very light ( almost one layer of material)the detail is beautiful but when I tried on the pink jacket... it was game over.

Here is my new addition- a little pop of pink ❤ Thanks again!
