Pardon the hair and the shorts and the bathroom selfie lol. I just got the turtleneck in and love it. They are still trying to locate the dress. Fingers crossed. I would love to have both but need to stick to one. The top is not a bad consolation prizeit's 100 percent cashmere. The knits come in a white zippered bag now.

I saw tankers dress today. It was really pretty. Completely lined in the Camelia silk lining. Luckily it was a size 34 so I was not able to try it. It's substantial wool. Would be a great piece for the professional women !!!

Saw this in the Saks look book today. Such a pretty jacket, but look at those shoulders!
I went into my local boutique yesterday to check out the Act 2 new launch... and none really works for me. Despite being pretty, the big shoulders and resin buttons are hard to pull off and not very office friendly. My wallet is happy! Now waiting patiently for the cruise to come. But the brooches are very interesting and sell out fast! My SA sent this close up to me but already gone by the time I arrived!

One of the SAs in NYC tried on the boots to humor me bc I asked about the no zipper. I had promised to wait and get it from my Nordstrom SA who sent me the top and dress

I too agree that Act II was not my favorite, although the glitter boots and the pearl boots forgot that was Act I) are beyond terrific. I think that Chanel made it much too trendy with the moon men theme , Okay I can see one piece but who is really going to wear these moon men tops after this year? Only my opinion - I think my fashion dollars will be better spent on different Chanel pieces. Going to sit out Act II rtw and purchase jewelry instead.
I keep getting sucked in to the hoodie but I am worried it's a bit trendy. It'll be all the rage this season. But I have regular hoodies that are more comfortable hehe. Plus I should wear my black zig zag zip cardigan I got last year.

My SA has sent me photos of Act2 RTW, I think these 3 look "less trendy" by comparison, though I yet have to see IRL how wearable or practical they are. A bit worried about the shoulder thing too.
These shoulders might make my boobs look proportionally smaller! Hmmm. Or I may just look like a short linebacker.
The last jacket I think is gorgeous. I really would love to see it on in real life to see how the shoulders look. And the first jacket is ah maz ing but I must dream about it only I'm afraid.

I have relatively bigger shoulders for my size so this will be a no for me. The fabric is really pretty though.
