I tried some pieces with the big CC buckle and the buckles are much more noticeble in the pics than in real life, a plus imo. There were lovely pieces but nothing held my attention. A cashmere vest was adorable thick and soft, ideal for snuggling.

Beige and cream are super elegant especially this length of skirt is beautiful on you. I try not to chase after seasons anymore, if I can't use some pieces immediately they will be used next year.

Despite my SA's best attempts, I haven't been ready to drop several thousand dollars on a RTW piece (I have a 2-year-old boy who is adorable but messy). But I have just bought two preloved tweed jackets I will be excited to share with you when the weather is cooler.
One bummed me out because I got it on Vestiaire Collective for a decent price--and then saw another, identical one yesterday asking a LOT less on eBay!But I also won the auction for a beautiful white tweed jacket on eBay from a seller who has a consignment store about 25 miles away-- for $180!

Exactly, preowned prices are all over the place and if you really love a style it's good to get it anyway. Most probably you'll end up choosing a new one but you'll be even more aware of what suits you well by that time !

It's an interesting question. I do not know. [emoji848] At my store the older stuff gets moved to the back of the selling floor as new stuff arrives. Cosmopolite is in the back now. So it's getting less attention. As it gets colder I think people might be less drawn to the cream colored pieces? At least around here reality sets in that our winters are very messy. But sale season is a long way off. [emoji848] The sales game is hard on the nerves. I think if you are willing to buy things from different sources wherever you can find them you will find the jackets for sale.
True. Sales seem so far away ! Haha. You do have to try to put single loyalty to one person aside and work the sales angle to get the pieces that you like ! But chanel is so tricksy.... anytime sale hits new stuff comes out and it's always a juggling game of what to get new and what to buy at a better price [emoji3]
They definitely keep a steady stream of new stuff coming at us. Constant temptation.
