I want to give a shout out to Chanel Touch (on Malleries).
I was somewhat disappointed with my original order but Cyndee went above and beyond what was expected of her to make sure I was completely satisfied with my exchange. I can't say enough good things about her, and the little goodie bag she included with my order was such a nice treat. Not only that, the shipping is as fast as lightening!

I've had the BEST experience with *Fashiva*, formerly known as Authentic Bags For Less. I was skeptical, as I know a lot of you are when dealing with someone new, but they have been nothing but wonderful. I requested a picture of the hologram sticker and the authenticity card and they immediately complied.
I placed my order yesterday and was just informed that it will be delivered on Sunday because they were able to upgrade my shipping service at no extra charge. They are aware of my being anxious and even encouraged me to post my own pics on here to be authenticated when I receive my order. They have a return policy and *if* something is deemed fake, they will even pay return shipping charges.

Their customer service so far has been beyond amazing.

Follow up to previous post.......
Received my order today (Sunday no less!) and could NOT be happier! Not only were the items brand new and authentic, the packaging was gorgeous and a hand written note was included along with a little gift that they added.
Needless to say, I'm an extremely happy customer and I highly recommend them.:tup:

Really good experience with Let-Trade.com. They are on our recommended resellers list, but figure since I've had a recent transaction with them, that I'd go ahead and post. If you have any questions about my experience, please feel free to PM me.
