Hi! I was wondering what you all would suggest as I would like to get a reissue and use it as my everyday bag, I have a M/L classic flap with so black hardware which I adore, so I was thinking of getting a reissue with the so black hardware (is that too repetitive?) or the classic black with gold hardware? Any suggestions or opinions, I would love to get some thoughts :)! Thank you!

I have a jumbo classic and a 225 reissue and I absolutely love my reissue. I don’t carry much on a daily basis so the 225 is perfect for me. I think it depends how much you would want to carry and which size reissue you’re looking at. Since you have a classic in so black the black with ghw would be a great addition.

Thank you! I was thinking that since I have a so black might be good to add something with gold hardware! I also heard some issues with the reissue black hardware, which is concerning a little!

Well, for what it's worth, I have both of these. Black with ruthenium in 227. It is great for everyday and the leather is very durable. I have the iridescent charcoal in a 226 and I am a sucker for that tone of gray with gold, plus it easily goes from day to night. That iridescent calf feels sturdy and I don't think this color combo will come along again. I think they are both really different bags -- not similar at all other than being reissues.

Hi not sure if you already found this, but in case you haven't- the Chanel store in tysons corner had the black 226 with RHW in stock the last time I checked.
