ooh are we? can I see more photos of yours? This is the navy from the cruise12 collection so I wonder if its the same...here is another shot with my old chanel boucle jacket. It has ruthenium buttons... so all matchy matchy:shame:

hard to compare with the new mini as I dont have one - I will post though some comparison shots with the small medium classic...It seems to hold about the same amount of 'stuff' but it looks smaller.:confused1: in any case its adorable - here is a 'still life shot' with my new hat and old denim jacket

Urgggh.
I went to the Shoe Galleries in Selfridges yesterday and popped into the Chanel shoe section. There were a small collection of bags and a reissue caught my eye. I admit, since I do not own a reissue, thus I wasn't familiar with the sizes.

One particular reissue was rather small, hence I asked the SA if it was a 224 and the price. She brushed me off immediately and said there is no such thing as a 224. I said there is and she kept on telling me off there was no such thing. She told me the price and asked if I was referring to the price. I was like WTH, no I'm not. She even gave me that 'you cannot afford to buy a chanel bag' look just because I was dressed down and not knowing the sizes of the reissue. She just kept saying there was no 224 and just walked away as if she couldn't be bothered with me. I was seriously ****ed. :rant:

Ohhh I feel you! I hate snotty SA's! When I went to the Avenue Montaigne boutique in Paris, an SA was soooo rude when I asked for help. I was dressed down with ratty tennis shoes and Jean skirt. Anyway, I was about to walk out because I was so annoyed, but a Stagaire stopped me and asked me if she could help. Needless to say, I bought two bags from her and now when I go to that boutique I ask for her specifically. Oh and I shoot dirty looks at tgat other one while showing my bags A LA Pretty Woman "Big Mistake"scene, lol.

On a side note, I did ask at another boutique about the 224 and no one knew what I was talking about. They said "you mean the 2.55 madame" and I said NO, I mean the 224! Are we sure that's the right name for it???

Urgh, I hate that. Often the SA's dont know what Im on about when I say such things... I think they must use different termanology? And even if you wasn't there to buy that day, its not a crime to look?? Goodluck in finding a 224 if you're on the hunt :smile1:

Yeah, I wasn't there to buy anything on that day actually. But !!! That bag...... was so tempting.. But after that snooty SA came, I was sooo turned off. Didn't want to purchase from her / them in case she gets the commission :p
