k5ml3k - maybe your bag leather is a little dry? Needs some moisturising if it has faded. I will pack my 224 bag flat when travelling but once it is flattened out and stuffed again any crease disappears. Try moisturising the leather with a little non-silicone leather conditioner and see if that helps. Maybe the bag has been stored flatpacked for sometime.

This is so helpful, thank you so much! It really makes me feel better. Hopefully, the rest of the bag can be cleaned too. Any brands that you recommend for the leather conditioner? Also, what do you use to stuff your bag? I'm trying to stuff it but I can't find anything to flattened it out. I'm hoping that I'll be able to do this...may I ask how old your bag is?

My bag is now 3 years old - I give her a very light wipe and buff with Cadillac cleaner/conditioner once in a while to keep the leather supple and gives it a sheen. I just keep her stuffed with the paper tissue that came with the box, together with the wrapped chains inside. Try to condition the bottom of the bag and then put in a couple of more weighty items and allow the bag to sit on a flat surface for a while to reduce the creasing on the bottom.
