Yes the iPhone 12 Pro Max will fit quite comfortably. Go for the mini reissue! One of my most reached bags!!
I have this bag in the 225 size. It’s a beautiful super versatile color and the sheepskin is very durable. It’s one of my most used bags.
Is the leather a noticeable metallic or more of a more subtle iridescent?
It’s definitely metallic but in a very subtle way. It’s not bright or in your face at all.
I would say this is an accurate photo.
I took a little scroll through your posts and found the pics of your 225 and the mini. The color is gorgeous and making me thinking really hard…..
Hi, new reissue gal here. Received it today. Two questions:
1) is the “secret” pocket just there for show? I opened the zipper and But it’s actually not a pocket.
2) the bag didn’t come with an authenticity card. Is this no longer a thing with Chanel bags?

Is the secret pocket the one back of the flap? I think it is there from the beginning and I heard the story was that Gabrielle used to put love letters to Boy (her longtime boyfriend), so they make the bag that way still.
Instead of authenticity card, Chanel now has moved to put a chip that authenticate their handbags. It's on one of the hardware for the turn lock
1. Secret pocket is kind of just a very slim space (rumor has it Coco stashed away some love notes there... or something). Some people say they use it to slip a receipt for safe keeping...
2. Yes...authenticity cards are only in slgs now...bags have been transitioned to metal plates since late spring timeframe.. You should see a metal plate on the inside with a code inscribed...(it's not a chip but a different way to provide authenticity I beleive)
The fact that you have a metal plate means your bag was definitely made this year...

As for the pocket, yes, it’s the zippered compartment for the love letters. Mine is stitched through and itentirely closed! it’s not an actual pocket. Not sure how else to describe it. Is mine a defect? I would have thought that if I open the zipper, I’d get through and it’s still an actual pocket.

Try sliding your hand upward under the top zipper...

I'm located in Australia but wondering what everyone's experiences was trying to get a mini reissue 2.55? I know the mini square/rectangle is pretty much unicorn if you try to walk in store and ask for one but wondering if it may be "easier" to locate a mini reissue? I've been wanting to get a black with GHW.
