My bag came today, but it’s actually the 225 size.
Its totally my fault. The SA wanted to confirm we were talking about the same bag and asked me the price. I didn’t even know the exact price, so I assumed we were talking about the same bag.
I’m so sad. I have a 225 in charcoal and it doesn’t fit my wallet, phone and sunglasses. I believe the photo @yenniemc was modeling is actually the 226. I’m hoping the SA has it in stock and I can exchange it. I feel horrible for the wonderful SA I had. @Sydny2 I may take you up on the SA referral if the original SA does not have the size. I hate returning items, but this was going to be an everyday bag and will need to fit more than it does.
I’m going to go sit in a corner and cry now :(

Technically the mini reissue is a seasonal piece. It comes out in different colours/variations each time. Also the quantities are relatively very small so if see one you like grab it. I have seen black with ruthenium but not sure which season is from. I have a blue with ruthenium, will try to take a photo and post .

Really hope you can post pics of your blue mini, I have the black, but saw pics of the blue one awhile ago and it is beautiful! Wish i had the chance for the blue. I dont see mini reissue too often.

She did have the large/226 size. Wow, that 225 was gorgeous and such a cute size, but I have a charcoal 225 and it doesn’t fit more than a card case, phone, keys, and gloss. Nothing else can fit (wallet, sunnies, misc items). The Saks SA has been great through this. It makes me wonder my Saks SA didn’t even attempt to find the bag. She asked me to wait for Cruise to come.

*This SA told me if she didn’t have the bag, she would find it for me. I want to send her something as a thank you. Is that possible? Would probably be gourmet chocolate from my home town. I wasn’t sure of the rules. I would like this SA to remember me.

I would like to ask if the size 224 is equivalent to small/mini reissue? I am confused because other reference websites that list chanel prices is showing it as $5800 but the one in chanel website small reissue is just $3800. Thank you!

The 224 reissue (double flap) is $5800. The mini reissue (single flap) is $3800. But I believe they are very similar in dimensions if not exactly the same.

Hi reissue experts! I would like to get a black 225 with ruthenium hw. I know it's the permanent collection but I also heard it's hard to get. Do any of you happen to know when the stores typically get it in the shipment? Do they come together with seasonal bags?

I like 225 RHW too, but my store has GHW and so black though.
