Has the GST really gone up -that- much? And did the quilted WOC go up that much as well? Both not classics...and was going to get a WOC next month on a temporary un-ban /slapface. Oh well, consider myself punished.

Just spoke a SA from Amsterdam yesterday and yes confirmed the classics, reissue, Boy and GST increased in price. The SA wasn't sure about the WOC but I've read here someone confirmed the price increase of the WOC also. Yes GST and WOC aren't classics just like Boy but are permament (at least for now).

You're welcome! Shortly before the price increase the SA told me no reservations on classics for now till futher notice from Paris. You could call them and ask.

That's what the SA in Brown Thomas told me yesterday. The classic ballerinas have also increased. I think €50 so they're around €520 now (can't remember exact amount though!). It was crazy in there yesterday!!

Ballerina flats have remained the same price in the UK... £385 for non quilted

So I went to Chanel in Saks (Atlanta) and prices are still the same today. I asked about the price increase, and my SA did not get any dates yet but she thinks it can come anytime. We discussed what happened to LV (not increasing prices in the US), but she thinks that's not the case with Chanel.

At the end, nobody knows yet. As of today, all classic bags and accesories prices were the same.

I agree. If only the prices went down in the US, though I know it will not happen.

I find it kinda funny too on top of that we're paying taxes, and European prices already include them, but still lower.

It's true. GST in Europe is now 2.700 Euros.
I went to the shop on Saturday. They had no GST there but the SA showed my the price on her tablet.
Boys, Classics and WOC's have gone up 20%

I really wouldn't have thought there would be a price increase in the US after all the hoopla surrounding the press release. Very bad form of Chanel if there is.

I was at the Chanel 57th street store yesterday and they said the U.S. is safe for now as far as any price increases is concerned.
