Just contacted my local boutique. I can confirm that WOC is included in the increase - new price for classic quilted is €1740 (20% increase from €1450)

The personal shopper in Paris also told me Chanel brought out so many 3-4 yr old stock on the last day before price increase.[emoji27][emoji27]

Oh really? Yesterday I saw like at least 10 classic flap bags, medium as well as jumbo flaps. Was surprised that they still would supply classics on the last day before the increase.

UK price is £1795 as of today i think the price has increased about 2% ... the normal rect mini classic is used to be £1750

Welcome to the Chanel forum. I just spoke to Brown Thomas in Dublin (Eire) they advised there has been a 20% increase across Europe today, though it has not included all bags. The SA was mid way through unpacking a delivery so couldn't give me a full run down of what was included. She did advise the new medium boy in calfskin was €4450 and old medium boy €3720...

Has the GST really gone up -that- much? And did the quilted WOC go up that much as well? Both not classics...and was going to get a WOC next month on a temporary un-ban /slapface. Oh well, consider myself punished.

A boy is still in my budget, then. Hopefully they have some when i get there. I`m hoping to get a boy velvet. If not, i will hopefully get a Birkin instead

What is this right?

That's what the SA in Brown Thomas told me yesterday. The classic ballerinas have also increased. I think €50 so they're around €520 now (can't remember exact amount though!). It was crazy in there yesterday!!
