From my experience, in Milan it's hard to find classic pieces. The SA are not helpful searching in other boutiques for what you are looking for or telling you when there it will be the next shipment and giving you a phone call... Try the Turin boutique and ask to speak with Daniela: she is the best, they are the best!

I usually brows through the forums, but thought I should register here to join you all 😊
Today, April 7th, I went to the Chanel store in Düsseldorf in Germany and my SA told me that it was the last day before they increase with 20%. I was surprised that they took out so many classic flap bags from their storage!! However, it will be much more difficult to buy these in the future as they will be handling the policy as Hermès does, waiting lists for some months or even 2/3 years.

The personal shopper in Paris also told me Chanel brought out so many 3-4 yr old stock on the last day before price increase.[emoji27][emoji27]

I'm sorry, I LOVE Chanel but seriously nearly 5k for the jumbo flap in caviar? This is crazy. I'm wondering what on earth the next price increase will look like, or the pricing in general say 5 years from now....

If they're hitting nearly the 5k mark I'd rather have Hermes.

The quality of Chanel is nowhere close to that of Hermes and last time I checked they are all made by machines!
