Anyone know when the classic flaps are going up in price in europe (uk is where I will be buying)?

I have heard that it will be December 2014 or January 2015?

I went into the Chanel store at Saks and the SA told me the WOC is going to increase to $2400, she did not give a date for this year but she says probably by the next collection, the one that comes out in January These twice a year increases are hard on the wallet.

Does anyone know if you put yourself on a waitlist for an item and there is a price increase, would you get the pre-increase price or would you have to pay the higher price?

For cruise collection, only boy went up, not the classic flap

I was in NYC during Columbus ( Canadian thanksgiving) weekend. Bloomingdales, Saks and Chanel boutique already has the new price ( $5200 for new medium). Only BG has some stock at the old price. According to the SA, BG will increase the price on the Boys from the next shipment. Price for WOCs, and Classic flaps will remain the same. Anyone looking for a boy at the old price, you might have the best chance at BG.
