Wow! Will the price increase only impact new arrivals? Or will existing stock go up to the new price, specifically at dept stores.

I talked to my shoe SA and he said that some are going up...I think he said the classics. He wasn't at work so he couldn't confirm which ones exactly. I can post more info later in the week to confirm. I don't own any chanel flats (I thought they looked odd on me but people keep telling me that I should cave and get a pair). Are they really that comfortable and amazing? Everyone I talk to swears by them.

They are comfortable!! Sizing is all over the place though! I have a pair in 36.5 and one in 38!!!

Hi tutu! Super lucky! Yes, am excited to wear them - heard they are very comfortable. I think I spent all hours of the day on TPF looking for Intel, and received a lot of help from everyone here - found 2 this way My last pair was a lucky find by wandering into Barney's.

Without sounding greedy, I'd still like to get the classic beige with black toe.....one day.

I am fortunate enough to have three pairs of Chanel flats and can certainly second what tutu has said. I also have the classic tan with the black toe (in a small 2-3cm heel and they are equally comfortable) x
