i have a question based on your experience when ( which) month usually increase there prices ?

I have two opportunity to buy a chanel jumboo classic flab bag now (september exactly) ot february -2015 since we dont have chanel store in my country ?

I actually wanted to buy a van de cleaf the 5 mod bracelet ( not sure of the name) on september and the bag on feb. Which is the same price as the chanel and i cant afford buying both in the same month ? But i am afraid the chanel price will increase

which do you think i should buy now the bracelet or the bag

With Chanel you can never tell... There was a price increase this year around April/May... So probably we should be save for now... The last price increase before this one - if I'm not mistaken - was in 2012 in February, so two years between the increases... But on the other hand I heard that the prices for the boy bags will increase for upcoming cruise collection (October/November) and the prices for the classic flaps were always higher as for the boys, so who knows if there won't be another increase for the classic flaps soon...

There's no regular or fix month where the increase happens...

of course I don't know exactly and maybe the next increase for the classic flaps will be again in two years time, but I would probably say try to get the jumbo now!

I got my first bag in August 2013, not long after there was an increase, then another one just before I bought my jumbo in April 2014. I'm in the UK - both my bags are classic flaps so my info on price increases relates to the classic bags only.

So in answer to your question it's tricky to predict when the next increase will be.

What about prices for boys in chevron? Are they not coming back? They are more expensive than quilted now and I'm wondering how much they are going up.

They r part of the current collection. They r not part of the cruise 2015 collection, at least not according to the hirsh list on the thread. They might come back in future seasons.

Thanks! I am new to the boys....is that a good thing or a bad thing? I am thinking about getting a boy and really loved the chevron, but if the quilted will hold its value more, I would get a quilted. Thoughts? Thanks!

Sorry, i have no idea about whether boy bags or which boy bags would hold their value better... i only have one n i chose the one i like best. Since it's so expensive, i thought i would just buy the one that makes me most happy wearing it.
