WOC didn't go up but boy woc did for cruise collection so now at 2400

Chanel is a privately traded company so we can't really tell if Chanel is impacted by slow down in luxury market.

But Gucci and LV sales continue to slide since 2012 and they have lost the exclusivity appeal among consumers. So they are pushing higher price items or raising avg selling prices. If the industry is going that direction, it's hard to imagine Chanel will not follow suit.

This is an article from WSJ talking about Gucci's efforts to regain its status and also touches upon LV's pricing strategy. It's a pretty interesting read IMHO. I hope it's ok for me to mention it here.

Yes I do have classics and boy WOCs

Classics quilted and boy fit the same.

I love them both. The only thing is I prefer caviar WOCs over lamb.

Reason is the zipper on the inner flap causes dent on the flap when closed. It is obvious on calf skin batman or lamb WOCs and I hate that

Boy WOCs are harder to find and usually come in calf or lamb skin. I'd pick boy WOCs over classics just b/c they are more seasonal.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I'll be getting the caviar but I still can't make my decision honestly ..... next dilemma would be woc or rectangular mini for my last chanel purchase.......:giggles: what do you think? I have gst,medium boy and medium classic flap in my small collection..

Personally I won't pick square mini but it's just my personal preference

You can only wear square mini as shoulder bag and can't do cross body and sometimes need to rearrange stuff inside

For me, WOC and rect mini fit the same as you need a wallet or card holder for mini
