Not sure about the increases in Euros. It was a pretty big hit all the way around though. I'm sure the older prices are somewhere in this thread or the sticky thread for worldwide prices.

It was in February 2012. The Classic Flaps took the biggest hit, I think Jumbo went from $4200 to $4900, something like that!

With the prices continuously increasing, is it the Chanel Caviar 255 still worth 4 grand? I'd rather buy 4 Marc Jacobs Baroque large bags in 4 different colors personally. I'd also be afraid of getting mugged while out and about...

I can't even imagine a chanel bag costing $6000. Do you think it'll reach it?

Yeah but the difference is the MJ will depreciate but the Chanel will increase in value if you take care of it!
Positive nite, Chanel increases do help resale values if you decide to sell it.

what? oh no, this would be horrible... Unfortunately, I can't confirm this price...

As of yesterday, for example the price for the GST is still 1790 Euros (I was at my local boutique and saw the price tag)... So don't know if the price increase happened... Maybe it's now for the classic flaps and the GST will follow soon :tdown:

Ohhh I hope not!! I'm still on the wait list so I hope the next price increase won't be till... september or something haha

yes, 3450 Euros is the price for the jumbo classic flap...

puuh, okay seems we're lucky once again ^^ My heart always skips a beat when I read price increase :rofl::rofl::rofl:

But it will probably happen soon... One price increase per year seems to be the policy...
