Chanel Price Increase *please include location*

^ I think cause of the US dollar and CDN dollar switching places in the last year or so...We haven't gotten as BIG of increase.....just because also for a while in Canada, Our bags were much much higher, so maybe US prices are just evening out or catching up

This sounds suspect. Isn't the PST currently something like $1500?

PST is $1750, but i dont know why the coral pink that was just released was marked at $1350...

Sweat_pee, where did you see the coral pink? I'm interested to know how it looks like, is it from the fall or from the spring colection? I just purchased an orange caviar PST today at Nordstrom and the price is $1350. The other caviar PST like brown, light grey, bordaux are $1450.

I can't believe the Jumbo will be over $3300 after the price increase!!!!!!!
I have my black caviar jumbo with silver hardware, and I love it!
I would LOVE to get another Jumbo before the price increase! I just wish they got some nice colors in before Nov!!!

Unfortunately that what I was told!! I was at the chanel boutique yesterday and was interested in a dark red jumbo and when I mentioned that I was probably going to wait until sept/oct that's when my SA said don't wait too long since they are going to increase the prices UP TO 25% (on the classics)...now I don't know exactly how much but it freaked me out I hope it's not going to be the whole 25% but I was a little baffled as to why they did not know the right percentage. She also said that they are not shipping that many classics now, so that availability may be low before the increase.

Yikes! That is a steep increase, but its Chanel and believable! I have seen the fast & steady increase of classics over the years and to think what I paid compared to what I am paying now for them...it's dizzying! I think my Chanel buying days are coming to an abrupt end!! *sobs*
