Chanel no longer provides tracking information for shipments?

Does anybody have a similar experience? I purchased an item at NM Chanel, and the transaction was made last Friday. But due to the long weekend (Monday was labor day) my SA told me that it’ll arrive on Wednesday, so I was like “okay”.
Today is already Tuesday and in fact I signed up for the Fedex delivery manager a long time ago, so I checked it but nothing has shown up. Also, I usually got emails from NM once shipped for my chanel purchase, so I pretty much assumed that the item has not been shipped till now.. I texted my SA today but she just told me that it’ll arrive tomorrow, so I asked for a tracking number but so far no response from her.
I’ve purchased from different NM chanel (also chanel in other department stores) but shipping has always shown up on my Fedex account and the item was shipped either that day or the day after.. Perhaps, it’s delayed in the shipping department within NM? I don’t think the fedex label is even created. Has anyone gone through a similar experience? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks so much in advance!!

You should receive notification once FedEx picks the package up, along with the tracking number.
 
Hey guys silly question but do you know what time of the day it will arrive on Saturday if overnight shipped? I'm not given tracking and I have to snatch it before husbabd sees it so ....
Lol! Your message made me giggle. Because I’ve been there! And of course my luck my package arrived right when my husband was there… I had to play it off very smoothly!!!!!
 
I would assume for the prices we're having to pay, they would have a better system for this. I ordered a new 23B bag through my SA. She did the request online from another store and got it approved the next day. And sent me a link. She mentioned it would ship out in 2 days after I make a payment.

I got a link from her and paid the payment. Thankfully I pdf'ed the receipt. Otherwise I would have no other record. The system didn't have a spot to even enter your email. (She used my phone number.).

It's the 2nd day today and i'm sitting at home waiting for this package.

For these prices, the least they can do is ask for our email to update us with status.
