NBT store today is extremely busy. I arrived at 8:30 am (store opens at 10 a.m), but there were already more than 20 people in the line. I was served by an SA at 12 a.m (total 3.5 hours waiting). Around 12 a.m, many people are still queuing (more than 50 i guess
). I didn’t get what I want (mini rec in black), SA told me they don’t have any 
?! they only had one in grey but it was sold.

I visited NBS in summer just before the price rise and had a similar experience. Queuing for hours to spend thousands on a bag is far from the luxury experience it should be and I left (minus a bag) feeling pretty irritated that I'd spent hours queuing for nothing.
A quick chat with those in the queue to ascertain what bag they're looking for and advising if they have it or not (as happens in Selfridges) would be a much better experience. I also don't know why they can't operate a digital queue system, so that customers don't have to wait for hours in the rain!
I now just buy remotely...the instore (queuing outside the store) 'experience' is rubbish!

I assume they only have few pieces for reservations. It seems more difficult to get it since the price for minis keep the same after PI
Totally agreed. Today was my first and my last time queuing there I think . I’ve contacted and asked so many times if the bag I want will be available, then they told me to come back on launching day. I went there and felt exhausted, after 4 hours waiting, they said they don’t have it in any colours, but I saw another lady was trying a grey one . They asked me to come back in January haha. It would be better if they let costumer know whether what they are looking for is available or not so no one waste their time.
Hi everyone! Does anyone have any intel on which London boutiques/concessions have these beauties in stock from 22C or who may have ordered them? Without an item code nobody in the boutiques can tell me on the phone if they have them and my days of traipsing around town for Chanel are behind me! Im looking for a size 38 (I think or maybe a 37.5 as apparently they run a bit big?) and any help would be appreciated! X

eventhough harrods cruise launching on Sunday but my SA said the rect mini flap in black and beige already sold out ... i guess the SAs have reserved it for their customers ... i think it will be a waste of time if customers q up on sunday and no bags available especially for rect mini flap
I was at sloane street this morning and saw a girl trying on the beige mini. But this is right when the store opened.

why don't you try calling T5 or Harrods shoes dept as they do delivery
