Hey Chanel lovers, I'm going to be in London this weekend visiting the boutique in New Bond Street I think. Do you know how I'm supposed to book an appointment? I couldn't find anything on the website, and my usual SA on Whatsapp seems to be on holiday, so I don't want to bother them, but I would have asked there.

Sorry, I haven't been in person in a while so I don't know what the new system is with this pandemic/smaller traffic in the boutiques. I guess queues are a little hard to predict, but I'd rather try and book something in advance than wait in the rain (we're having the worst British summer lol).

Not sure if it’s too late but if you can make an appointment then you hopefully don’t have to wait in line too long.
Definitely email the boutique or reach out to an SA for an appointment slot. It was crazy during sales time but it seems to have died down now.

I walked into Bond Street yesterday and today without an appointment
Also went into selfridges where they took my number and text me when it was my turn. About half hour wait

Does anyone have a nice SA at harrods? I emailed the store and tried to reserve a mini from 21k and they told me they don’t do reserves. They told me to contact the store when it launches and keep checking daily

Thanks but that’s the email I used . I can’t go in person so it will have to be a mail order. I’m also trying to buy a classic flap and they told me to email them every few days to see if it’s available.

Does anyone have a contact details for an SA at New Bond Street? Looking for a specific bag from the 21B collection that is launching soon, so want to get in there before it's all reserved. My SA in Harrods seem to think it's the best bet because Harrods didn't buy that style.
