Anyone know which boutiques are still offering remote sales?

I’m looking to get a Chanel bag( from 22p in January) and I have been saving for years but speaking to all the boutiques in London they claim not to do wishlists so I have no idea how to go about getting the bag I want and the way they play their game is really disheartening. Do you have an sa contact number? Thank you
I had the same response from new bond street as well, I really want to get a bag from 22p and as I’m a new buyer in London since I moved I don’t really know how to go about it

Not sure, I’ve been calling all the London boutiques but they claim not to do waitlists ect. But as I just moved to the UK I’m not sure

Also just FYI, I’m not an expert (unlike some others here lol), but they might only tell you if they have any in stock of the exact bag you’re after, and put it on hold for you if you’re able to pop by the store on the day.
In my case, my last bag purchase was during lockdown, so that might have been different then, but I told my SA I was after the mini, which they acknowledged, and then it only took them a few weeks before they told me they had one available in the exact colour and hardware I wanted.

don't think they accept remote sales. My SA said must go to the store when you want to make a purchase.
I don't think there is a blanket policy in place for remote sales. I paid for a jacket remotely last month (I popped into Walton Street, intentionally did not bring my credit card with me, and then got caught out as I fell in love with said jacket!!!!!) The cashier emailed me a payment link the next day. Virtual appointments are still happening for clients, so I think remote sales are here to stay in some shape or form.
Purchased this gunmetal rectangular mini in person and my SA shipped it out VAT free for me. Saves me the hassle and it has arrived safely at my sister’s.
Did you get this from new Bond Street?!?! I was offered this bag from my SA in NBS but im a first time buyer and couldn't get to the store that day so I couldn't get it. soooo sad
