O, how cool that you got a post purchase message. I think I might try and follow up with mine because it was all packed up while I paid I didn't actually get it in a box. I know it's big as it's a shopping bag however have seen other people have a box with them so a follow up would be good so I can ask.
I felt like in Harrods you had to know what you want, she went through a big list. It's like narrow down what you want so they can serve you and be on your way, when actually it's a big wad of cash you are about to drop!

Small CF black caviar. I’m new to Chanel. They (Selfridges) had a delivery while I was there this morning, so it might be worth checking

Has anyone seen on their London visits the small cf in 20B burgundy caviar with shw? I've checked Selfridges but they only have 19B lambskin and I'm way too scared of lambskin. Might target Bond St tomorrow in hopes of finding it before the price increase, but I never seem to have much luck there.

I agree with @LVoexChanel the points at Harrods is great, however their choice options are limited given my experience earlier this week. I would definitely go to Sloane Square again. Much quieter and more variety IMO. I have only ever been to Bond Street once, several years bag and found it so busy. But during covid it could be better. Good luck in your search!

The points at Harrods is the the main (possibly only) reason I shop for Chanel there. Getting up to 5 points/£1 is the only way to claw at least something back from spending such huge amounts of money. I actually even slightly prefer it to the Bond street boutique, possibly because I was, perhaps, unusually lucky with the SAs at Harrods; and my experiences at the Bond Str weren't that great.

Should've tried the Sloan Square one, as it does sound nice. However, fortunately, I think that I've finally reach the point I'm satisfied with my collection, so probably won't be visiting any Chanel store for a while.

I haven't checked Harrods, no. If you wouldn't mind asking your SA, that would be fantastic. Thank you!

I also hadn't really made the connection with the points system there - I always assume Chanel won't be included in anything that could remotely make it better 'value'!
