I want to share my great experience shopping from Selfridges!

I am not based in the UK and was looking for a Boy bag from 19B season. The bag was available in the states and in London, I decided to give Selfridges a call and got connected with a Chanel SA who shared her number and we discussed all the details via text.

They offer international shipping (this is my first time shopping from Chanel UK) so I was sent a payment link and was able to complete the order in no time!

I realize that I’ll be paying some customs and duties upon arrival but I was willing to accept that especially that the item was ordered vat free (the actual price I paid is great!!!).

I just thought I’d share since I remember some members were wondering about Selfridges and whether they ship, and to also offer to share my SA info if anyone is interested.

I will post photos when I receive the beauty :)

Hi great Chanel is offering international shipping but not sure What you mean it’s vat free ?l tought only place in U.K. get vat free it’s Heathrow airport,can you share how much you paid

Basically if any item leaves the UK it is vat free :smile:

I paid £3485 inclusive of £25 shipping (the old medium size).

hi! I was just wondering how would you be able to check if the item is available in selfridges? I’m actually looking for some accessories and they are so hunt to get in the states!

Hi, That sounds absolutely great & did you save money on VAT? Wow even better.. does that mean you ended up paying lesser than the RRP? Would be interested to know and would you mind sharing SA details in private please? Thank you so much. Asking for my sister who is based in the states too.

Hi! I think I totally forgot to PM you the details? I’m sorry!

By the way, what is the current retail of the old medium boy bag in the UK? The calculations on my receipt confused me a bit so just double checking out of curiosity..
