Ahh great, thank you. Is it busy, pleasant to shop there at present? X

It’s not exactly too busy from my recent experience at NBS, Selfridges and Harrods. There might be a short queue at Harrods/ Selfridges due to limitation of space and social distancing rules. The only thing that annoys me the most is that you are not allowed to roam freely around the store ( it’s just me that I love to walk around and see if there’s anything that catches my eyes ) Otherwise they will sit you down and bring it to you whichever bags / shoes you are looking for. Definitely less crowded than normal with less tourists influx.

Hi guys. Never purchased from Chanel before- I only own LV bags. Travelling to London in a few months as I really want to add a Chanel bag to my forever collection. Ideally I'd like to spend less than £2000. Is this reasonable and are there any bags that you guys would recommend that I look at in store? I would really really appreciate your advice
Also, as a Chanel newbie customer, is there a particular Chanel store that you recommend that I go to in London?

If the £2000 is a pretty firm budget for you then I suggest researching wallets on chains (wocs) or clutches with chains. These should be around your price point.
At this point even the Chanel classic/reissue minis are probably closer to £3000 so you would have to spend quite a bit over £2000 for a bag.

Also..if you're based outside the U.K. be sure to check your local prices. With the recent price increases and the fall of the USD there aren't much savings for US travelers these days.
