Congrats being a new mummy.

I've met very good SAs from both MBS and NAC but my vote also goes to MBS as generally the vibe is better compared to the latter. Agree with someone mentioned : NAC can get a little like market at peak hours. You can be invisible at times.

mbs has better service! but ngee ann is their "flagship" store and i heard generally have more variety than mbs (not sure how true..)

In my opinion, MBS. I find NAC like a market sometimes. Sorry it may sound a bit rude to some others, but I really feel very stressed in there.

Just when I decided to let my mini coco "botak" as the twilly I liked is not avail, a sweet SA called me yest that she had stock in the warehouse and got one reserved for me... can't wait to get home to put her on my coco....
