Hello ladies and gents, my SIL will be travelling to Spore today. She is buying on my behalf of my 1st big purchase Flap bag (after lusting it for 5years) , finally can pull the trigger to do it. I cant travel now as I just gave birth to a wonderful daughter, so this is kind of a push present from me to me.

Ok my question is, which one serves better (in terms of quick queue and attention to service) Ngee Ann or MBS?

I called a day before they say they have the classic flap that i wanted.

In my opinion, MBS. I find NAC like a market sometimes. Sorry it may sound a bit rude to some others, but I really feel very stressed in there.

mbs has better service! but ngee ann is their "flagship" store and i heard generally have more variety than mbs (not sure how true..)

Congrats being a new mummy.

I've met very good SAs from both MBS and NAC but my vote also goes to MBS as generally the vibe is better compared to the latter. Agree with someone mentioned : NAC can get a little like market at peak hours. You can be invisible at times.
