My SA said it’s not a quality issue and should be just a pore of the leather, so she encouraged me to keep it. However, the hole really bothers me and I’m not too convinced that it’s a pore instead of a defect so I’m also thinking of just exchanging it for the medium caviar classic flap with gold hardware instead. Thanks in advance for any tips!

Hello, you can return and exchange within 14 days of purchase. If there is no stock, the store can offer you a credit note (valid for 6 mths). :) hope it helps.

:eek:I just scored this from 21B collection earlier. Unexpected purchase as I was at office today, my SA sent me the pic as it just arrived. Since my office location is near to store, popped over to take a look.

I thought I might not like it as the color seems to be very light color based on pic. Telling myself maybe I will not like. In the end, I passed her my card to swipe the purchase upon at store literally within less than 10 min seeing and trying out quickly.
:facepalm: Then I had to rush off to work for next meeting. Sharing below.

Hi, I have been calling the customer service to check if there are any medium classic flaps in caviar GHW. But they have been telling me that both MBS and NAC have no stocks. Wanted to exchange within the 14 days period. Any ideas if there are stocks in any of these outlets?

hello ladies :heart: would love your opinion on this. I’m currently waiting for a seasonal 21B bag from my current SA. However it’s been 2 weeks and there’s no news. As it’s my first time requesting a specific bag from my SA and was wondering based on your experience how long does it takes for your SA to get back to you on the bag that you request (non classic ). I’m afraid that she might had forgotten it but at the same time I don’t wish to bug her everyday. Do you think is wise to have another SA perhaps at another outlet so I won’t missed any chance of getting the bag?
Is it common to have 2 SA or do you just stick to 1 ? :confused1:

Which bag are you talking about? I was just at NAC 1st floor opening and there are plenty of seasonal bags on display. So far my SA always ask me if he gets allocated a seasonal black one (cos he knows me very well by now and I only buy black bags) on top of my usual request of other classics.
