When I first brought it in for repair, SA told me it was stitched. But it seemed glued.
I would expect the whole thread to be restiched, but what I saw was only that part was glued back.

For local repair, it takes 3 to 6 months, for sending it to Europe to repair, it takes longer. This will depend on how bad the condition is.

Oh geez.... for a cheap job of just glueing it back it takes 3-6months!?!?
I have a good mind to get my own glue from Popular and DIY.... [emoji53]

Re-soling takes around 4-5 days, I think. Putting on a rubber grip takes only a couple of hours, depending on how busy they are. There’s no harm in asking if they can expedite the re-soling for you.

Thank you for your info, unfortunately this time I'll only visit for 2 days (for Sam Smith's concert), so I guess I'll find trustworthy cobbler in my country.

Gorgeous! Definitely the right choice -black will be back again but the pink this season is gorgeous. When did you score this beauty? Was at NAC on Sat and they said they only had patent square minis left

For sure it will look amazing in photos. It is definitely a more photogenic colour than black!
