Hi, I'm so sorry but I couldn't reach my SA today... I called several times, but she always had a customer, so I couldn't ask her about the bags you want... but they got their weekly shipment today so stock should be good... I think you wrote you'll arrive in Munich on Friday morning... And I would visit the boutique right on Friday, because on Saturday it will be really crowded there...

Hope you'll find one of your bags in Munich and that you'll have a nice shopping at Chanel!

I have someone travelling to Frankfurt who can get me some stuff from Chanel.. I'm trying to reach a Sales assistant at the Frankfurt store or even an email address to get in touch with them..
Can anyone help me please?
Has anyone been to the store recently? How is the stock like?

Haven't been recently, but as I love Louie suggests, give them a call. They are located on goethestrausse. Same street as LV and Hermes :) it's the most expensive street in FFT. Very cute and small street.

Hi everyone
I called the store and they bluntly refused to send me any stock list. Then I was lucky to get the email address from MaryJoe84 and mailed them... they asked me what I was looking for and I told them... Unfortunately, I told them to reserve for me, they refused and it was sold almost immediately..
Now I'm requesting them to arrange the same one for me if possible but they refused!
BTW I'm looking for the Chanel Dark Gold boy from Cruise 2015 ... in the small size.
