Anyone else notice the new policy of being committed to reserved items? One of the SAs I talked to had mentioned that you’re committed to buying the item once it’s reserved due to a lot of clients cancelling their reservations. I’m assuming it just means they will be less willing to help you if you don’t purchase? Like I get why they are trying to enforce that, however, I’m not going to buy an $8,000 handbag if I’m feeling lukewarm about it lol.
Hi, is this for dept store like saks? One SA posted about it that we cannot reserve again when we cancel a reserve. But for stand alone I haven’t heard or received that message. Ususally when i double check on my reserve its like.. these are your reserves would you still want to push through?

I shop remotely through my SA so I am planning to have her send me pics once the bag arrives. If I hate it or something is wrong with it, I will tell her to sell it to the next person rather than make a return after she ships it to me. I hope that's ok but it is what it is when you shop through general descriptions/stock pics/leaked photos.... she has a waiting list so it should be ok.

BTW, these pics of the ir pink are not giving me a warm fuzzy at all =(

This was at a standalone.

I really try to narrow it down when I do my reserves… but I have 2 items in the pink iri reserved and so far I am not feeling it… and those were the only items I had reserved for 21K.

Me too, I’m not feeling it at all. I won’t hesitate to cancel if I don’t like it. I’m already liking the 22P pink much better

I see a lot of bad pictures being shared… it’s just causing confusion.
Maybe I’m being a photographer snob, but easy to tell a bad photo. Please don’t judge off these poorly taken ones, let’s wait and see an accurate depiction. Do you know how irritating it is to have your work shared in a less than way…?
No shade, promise.

remember, uploading a photo here diminishes the quality even more. So a bad one just gets worse ha

Everything my advisor has been able to send me looks amazing.

Wow really? I personally would say no if the photos are very different from the actual bag. They should understand especially with their regular clients who doesn’t just cancel without a valid reason

I also do my shopping remotely… and have never heard of this policy until recently. I just don’t want to burn any bridges… and the SA I’m working with has been super helpful.

Btw I did just text an SA from Saks and they were not aware of that policy. Maybe it really depends on the store.

For some reason I can’t explain I’m so obsessed with that rainbow print. Happy to see the irl picture of the scarf in that pattern. Has anyone come across a real life picture of the classic flap in that version? I’m really excited for it.

thanks in advance

Thank you for sharing all these images ! I'm eyeing this bag since I missed out on it the last season. Do you happen to know the official name? I'm eyeing the shorter strap (the one that sits just below the chest).

The style code is AP1838.

AP1838B04327 94305 (black)
AP1838B04327 10601 (white)
AP1838B04327 NF290 (light blue) etc...

A very similar bag was released in 20K, but it was proportionately longer in terms of the length of the wallet.

BTW: I suspect they just knotted the chain in the back so viewers can see both bags at once.

Oh I really hope it’s only some stores. I wouldn’t want to mess up my relationship either since I also shop remotely. And my SA has been super helpful >_<

So agree with you no one wants to buy an item that they are not happy with after paying thousands of dollars only by the stock photo which sometimes are not true to actual colors. Chanel have so many collection and if you miss out on an item there is often times a next collection to choose something better.
