Most reserve lists arent really guaranteed though unless they tell you you’re in the number 1/number 2 spot. I don’t consider myself guaranteed unless I was told I’m first on the list at a non lottery boutique or unless I’ve paid a deposit. I’ve only ever dropped off a reserve list if I got the bag somewhere else, not Bc I no longer want the bag, but tbh they take lists longer than how much stock they have for a reason. Ppl return or change their minds etc. so it’s not as if they’re not gonna be able to sell some bag everyone was clamoring to get on the waitlist for as demand exceeds supply

I was told I was second out of the 2 they were receiving. There was no lottery and no deposit required. However, they did a drawing between the SAs to see who would get the book first and this SA happened to get lucky. Her exact words were since she is “guaranteeing” the bag then I have to be committed to buying it. But I definitely do see your point because it’s not like they would have a hard time selling these bags when clients pass on them. I also don’t agree with the policy because I feel like no one should ever feel forced into spending that much money lol

Oh I understand your comment now. My situation is different. I am guaranteed the bag bc I paid a deposit. It wasn't just a verbal guarantee... so even within Saks, they operate differently.

Yeah, I know Saks does deposits. I would actually prefer to do a deposit tbh.
If this is the pink I’m really disappointed. It looks kind of purple and dark

I like it too .. looks v good w/the gold hardware too but I've never met a pink I didn't like....
