Hi ladies! I was wondering if I can get someone’s opinion. I recently located a pair of the beige and black espadrilles in my size and was wondering if it’s worth it to buy it or wait until a limited edition pair arrives next season? Any info will help. Thanks!

Hello everyone! I am currently thinking about purchasing these for my birthday in March in the beige/black lambskin. I currently live in Los Angeles so there’s several boutiques around here. My main concern is how difficult is it to find these? I don’t want to be dissapointed if I’m unable to buy them. I have also heard sometimes botiques will pick and choose who to sell to and I currently don’t own anythint Chanel. Thoughts on how I should approach this?

I buy all of my espadrilles from Nordstrom. There’s several Nordstroms in SoCal that carry Chanel. I prefer to buy from Nordstrom because they will repair, return, or replace the shoes in the event of a defect. All you have to do is call a Nordstrom who carries Chanel shoes, ask to speak to a SA and tell the SA what you want. They work on commission and will be happy to assist you. Also, if you ever travel to Oregon or Minnesota, there’s no sales tax. I get a lot of my Chanel from Nordstrom downtown Portland or Nordstrom at Mall of America.

BTW, I’ve never had a SA at Chanel boutique refuse to sell to me. They’ve always been nice.

I love my beige and black espadrilles and they are so classic. You can never go wrong with classics! Plus you never know what seasonal espadrilles will be coming out if any. I didn’t like any of the fall/winter or cruise espies so I didn’t have fomo or anything about them. Hope that helps[emoji173]️

Thanks for the advice! I will try Nordstrom. :)

I just got these in tan and got the same size as my original style (39). They are slightly larger and won’t need as much ‘wearing in’ as the originals. I love them!
Hi - im thinking about getting these shoes. How did they wear? Im worried that the straw pieces might start falling apart after some wear. Are they holding up ok? Thanks!

View attachment 4321640 For those who own both colors, which ones do you wear more— the beige/black or all black? Do you feel like it’s worth getting in both colors? Or are they basically the same? :)

I do not own both... yet! Lol but I have the beige/black and will get the black eventually but I’m almost positive just about everyone has both colors and I think the beige/black is always a little bit more popular imo.

The beige and black are definitely my most worn. I rarely wear my all black. For me, I find the beige and black to lengthen the line visually so I feel less height challenged!:)
