Wow I'm surprised UK pricing isn't so much different than AU prices! Probably because AUD is going down. Do you have to pay import tax seperately? In Australia import tax is only calculated if the items are worth more than $1000.

I'll post the pics of my espadrilles soon :)

Thanks for the info~ I called Chanel Melbourne CBD store yesterday and was told that they only had the smaller sizes and larger sizes left..the common sizes were gone :(
I asked when they would restock and the girl said she doesnt know and she suggested that I call back during mid-March to check...

Were there any leather ones in the Sydney CBD boutique? :)

you should try checking it constantly. unfortunately there isnt any, only the suede ones (but they're leather too?), maybe try calling sydney chanel boutiques too :smile1: there are 3 chanel boutiques in sydney.

Hi, I am new to purseforum, but have been a long time reader of posts, I am hoping this is the right place to post a question? I have read through the posts but not seen the answer to this question...I have 2 pairs of Chanel espadrilles, one black canvas double sole, another leather single sole, and now I am looking for a new leather double pair, however I have noticed that some of the leather double soles seem to be less "chunky" and seem to be a lot lower, but still considered double, my black ones are relatively chunky and high? is this normal that the soles differ? Thank you..

The SA I dealt with NM said that in AUS you don't pay tax on anything until its over $1000 - that is really good. We pay 20% on everything pretty much. It sucks but needs must with these shoes. My SA is pretty terrible though. She has processed my purchase and I have the e-receipt but she hasnt responded any of my emails over the last couple of days and I want to know if they have shipped :(

For info, here are the colors/versions for Act 2:
9 leather colors: navy, kaki, dark grey, green, red, light pink, light orange (beige nude), light green, white/black.
The sueded ones are back in stock, 6 same colors as past months: navy, pink, light pink, dark orange, blue and light purple.
And then 4 other versions all black/white, in tweed+patent calf, canvas+printed tweed, and printed tweed+patent calf.

Received my white leather/black cap toe beauties in the mail yesterday. Sadly, they were marked "floor sample" which I was shocked that they would even leave the sticker on. :-(((. To top it off, there was a scuff ( very minor) on the inner part of the right shoe. I refuse to pay nearly 700 bucks for a pair of shoes that are not in pristine brand new condition. Sadly, back they went.

i have navy blue suede, black leather, and red leather. i just got my red leather pair, but i have not worn them out yet.

i sprayed a generous coat and let it dry for a few minutes, then sprayed another coat and let it dry as well, and that was it. it doesn't take long for it to dry.

I just got these beauties last week at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills. I usually stick to Chanel Ballet Flats but they just got these in navy blue leather and they were almost sold out so I bought them in the spot. I love them!
My true size is 6 1/2 and I bought 37. They feel a little loose but in a good way. I can't wait to wear them!!!
