Has anyone heard of these new and upcoming limitations in the US? Nobody is allowed to reserve more than 2-3 items from upcoming Chanel collections and Chanel will limit US customers to only 1 bag purchase per month.

Apparently, the UK boutiques have already been limiting customers to 1 bag and 1 SLG per every two months. To UK forum posters, is this true?

Has reservations in Canada started yet? If yes can someone please forward their SA’s info? I have yet to find an SA I can rely on and have had to purchase from Europe but duties are killing me…

yes! This is true. The rule has been in place for a while now. I found the NBS store (flagship) very strict on the rule, but Selfridges let me buy 2 bags within 60 days, but that was only once. I think depending on the store they can be flexible. It stresses me out because it basically means you have to buy right at the start of the new collection or you’ll miss out on the next collection as well which launches 2 months after. Also annoying as there may be 4 bags I want from one collection then nothing from the next 4!

Has anyone information on this cute bag:
At a Chanel store in Germany, they would only tell me that they haven't ordered it in black, but not the article number... And I think on the pictures posted here it was cut. Does anybody know the price? Other SAs in Germany I contacted haven't answered back yet, I really hope I am getting this one....

I can confirm inventory will stay low and even lower in the future...

Yes there are limitations in the boutiques I remember during lockdown I wanted to buy more than four pairs of costume jewellery and the SA told me that there was a limit for every 60 days?

Agreed… getting pics from upcoming collections is always great. But lately it just feels like the collection threads are getting spammed and I’m scrolling through tons of pics of the same bags constantly. Plus the constant posting makes actual chat about the collection harder to follow, which is what I miss. I almost wish TPF had a limit on the amount of posts from a single user per day? Lol, I can dream.

I’m with you! This is actually the only bag in the collection that I’m rather taken with. Someone on here will probably be able to get you the item code before long. I imagine I’ll get it from my SA within the next two weeks so when I do, I’ll post it if it doesn’t look like anyone else has.

Yes, that's true. UK allows 1 bag for every 60 days unfortunately

Edited to add: If you are using your phone, just tap on the persons icon/profile photo and the same will pop up. If not you can always click onto their page and the same "Ignore" button will be there.
