hello there! It sure if this is the correct thread. It I got a bag 22 from the c23 line in green (cavier?) bag couple days ago. I love it and it looks great against my torso! Im concerned about the leather and the strap. Any updates on this? Anyone have experience with customer service and repairs? I believe it may fall under the 5 year service from what I read it will be an included to be a permanent style? Thanks in advance!
Sharing my Chanel 22 So Black Small unboxing
I just bought this in the green caviar c23 collection. It was between the green and the black you are unboxing. Yours is gorgeous and it was a hard decision but went with the green since I was purchasing the black 2.55 as well that day.
Initially I didn’t like the 22 due to the CHANEL logo on one side but I finally caved. The leather is so yummy though.. and smelling divine! Here’s mine with (aged?) silver hardware.
I used the cruise 22 in black, almost every day, so far so good!
Love your bag in silver hw! Surprisingly this bag is super functional doesn’t it, my hubby said it looks like grocery bag with chanel logo. Grocery bags are functional ha ha. I don’t have silver HW want to add one maybe next year!
Hi, I just wanted to ask about your so black 22, any issues with the black hardware so far?? I was about to buy one then remembered all the issues that peaple have with black hardware chipping and changing color ,ect.I also want to mention: ever since I bought my small so black 22 and used it regularly (absolutely loving the incognito look), I have been considering the small white with gold hw.
I stopped by the boutique Saturday where they had just gotten in a shipment of the white with ghw the day before. It was only ONE day since they opened the shipment and it already had rubbing on the bottom front corners and dark stain on the top. It turned me off from white and am glad I went with black. So just a warning for those considering white.. be careful
Maybe it was just this particular bag, but either way a risk to take if buying the white

Nope! No problems. I took wore it everyday when I traveled for three weeks, and it still looks good!
23C caramel small. travel for work and have been using it nonstop since getting it. zero issues!
I got the pink tweed one for Christmas and I am so exited about it! I hope it stays in a good condition…has anyone recommendations regarding wearing tweed bags? I am afraid it will peel
Have any 22 bags been released in lambskin? My 23C so black 22 feels softer than my 22A caramel one, so I'm wondering if it is lamb rather than calf? I asked in the 23C thread but thought I'd ask here as well! Thanks in advance!
