That is such a great pop of color! Gorg on you! I just adore Chan Luu scarves. :) I just picked up the ice/pale silver color from an adorable boutique today. I can't wait for cooler weather now!

i hope this transaction will work out for you.
i tried to buy the CL scarf from creative contrast once...they gave me the tracking but it was never shipped..only the label was created.
don't let them BS you...they were very bad. i think i ordered it at the end of the week and thought they would ship at the beginning of next week...no, they didn't i think i waited a week for the tracking # to sent to me and another week to wait for the scarf. but it never came. i used paypal so i called PP and got my money back.

and i found another site, willimashoes and they shipped it to me without any problem. BUT just a week or two ago, there's a woman called me and told me i cancelled the order and i got the scarf and my money which was not true. i told her to send me the evidence via email b/c i wasn't going to pay for the same scarf twice. and i called my bank to verify...i think it was some kind of fraud. i don't think it's the website...it's their staff or someone used to work there trying to scam ppl. anyway...just be very careful when we shop on those not to well known website. pls keep us posted.

June, I just checked the website and it reads this in the shipping page:

Please note the following terms used under product availability as these effect shipping time:

"In Stock" - Item is warehoused at one of our fulfillment centers and is available to ship within 24 business hours.

"Available To Order" - Item is currently warehoused at our vendor. Item will ship within 5-10 business days.

My order was shown as available to order, nonetheless, I copied your comment and emailed them my info along with your comment to ask if I need to be worried about my order... thank you for the heads up! Hopefully all works out...

Here is the reply I just received:

Thank you for your inquiry. You have nothing to be concerned about. We have received your order and will certainly be receiving your scarf. I cannot be certain who had this bad experience or the circumstances. Feel free to give the owner of the company a call should you need reassurance in this transaction. He can be reached weekdays at XXX-XXX-5757 .

if you do a search you can find some complaints about them...i would rather you not mention me....i meant well but i don't want to create any enemy.

Oh I definitely did not mention you, I simply referred to the complaint. As she said on the reply, she has no idea of that situation...

I'm just totally concerned now :(

This was what I wrote to CC, as you can see it was very abbrieviated and had no mention of tPF or anyone else :flowers:

To whom it may concern,

I am terribly concerned about my purchase. With my excitement for my newly purchased Chan Luu scarf, I shared my happiness with a friend, this is what they said... do I need to be concerned about my purchase?

I actually just heard from them again saying she would personally ensure my scarf shipped in a timely manner, we will see.. I will keep you posted!

In the meantime, I also just grabbed the eggshell and black from another source for $145 each!

Thank you again juneping for the original post. I am a long time LQ fan, I am anxious to add another line to my scarf collection!

i can't wait to see your reveals.
i hope yours will turn out fine. i think they are legit..but i think i got bad luck w/ them....
