i'm going to give it a shot, it's def. the most "prefessional" bag that i ever had, but i love to found the example of the olsen adn friend, they def. can be worn "grungy" style too.

The larger one is the one with the small CCs in the front. It's so chic, so beautiful.
I would take the cerf over the city any day. but I have a love of all things Chanel so I guess i'm biased.
I have it and love it. It holds a lot, has a classic, polished look and also great for travel. Definitely get it!
I must be having a senior moment
since I just bought mine this Spring and SHOULD know for sure, but I think it was $1850. (I'm too lazy to put down my wine, get off the couch & find my receipt!) Certainly not cheap but a lot of bag for the money.

I have both actually - the smaller tote I bought used, the larger Cerf is new. The smaller one is more of a rectangle shape, and with the silver turnlock I feel it is a little more casual - I use it more as a runaround bag for my life in the 'burbs. The bigger one holds more and is more squared off - I take it traveling, it holds a lot. Since it's taller it will take a larger book, magazines, etc. To me both are fairly lightweight, but I am 5'8 . . . I see to have more bag stamina than some of my friends
